I’ve been arranging funerals at our head office in Old Swan since 2008 and I’ve never tired of meeting local families and guiding them through the process of organising and planning a funeral. Although the week or two between a persons’ passing and their funeral is tinged with sadness and sorrow I feel a strong sense of purpose in helping our bereaved clients through this difficult time.
